To ensure we can best serve all our clients, last-minute cancellations are subject to cancellation fees. When booking your move, we ask our clients to provide a credit card information, or a deposit, all of which is refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled move.
Our company charges hourly based on the number of movers and trucks needed to complete your move. Our minimum charge is 4 hours, in line with Alberta Employment Standards, which require employees to receive a minimum of 3 hours pay each time they report to work. This also allows us to maintain a high level of service for our valued clients and ensures that we’re available for serious, professional moves. With the growing demand for quality moving services, we prioritize customers who understand the time and care it takes to complete a professional job.
Your moving team will be equipped with a debit/credit terminal on site. Cash and e-transfers are also accepted as payment. We do not accept cheques unless certified.
