Do I need to be home during the move?
We only require someone during the beginning for a walkthrough to show us what we will be moving. Then require someone at the end of the move for the final check of your house or apartment.
If someone other than yourself will be home during the move, please provide us with the name and contact information so that we can keep them updated on the day of the move.
How do you protect my furniture?
Our professional movers take extra care to Pad-Wrap every item, even the big stuff. Pad-Wrapping not only protects the furniture but shields your door jambs and walls from any nicks or scratches.
The blankets are secured on your items, so they will not fall off. They protect your items from scratches, water damage, as well as dust during storage. They do not get removed until final delivery at your home.
Can the movers disassemble my furniture?
Yes! we take apart beds, desks, mirrors, tables and keep all the hardware in a Ziplock bag.
Our trucks are fully equipped so we have the tools for it! Once we arrive in your new house, we reassemble all the furniture we took apart.
